Pvp reduction F'ed up our version?

I was reading a post with a poster discussing pure melee and inflated melee and why it makes no sense that 22k melee on a strength dekan hits less than 15k melee on a templar, and a light bulb just lit up. It is pretty much been accepted by the rohan community that pure melee is approximately 3 times more than inflated melee. What I find interesting is that the factor of 3 increase also matches with the factor of 3 decrease due to the pvp reduction.

If you hit 100 dmg in other versions, it's 100 dmg since there is no pvp reduction. In our version, you will only register 30 dmg. What I think happened is that when ynk introduced pvp reduction, it was intended (or maybe it wasn't?) to nerf ALL damage. However, for whatever reason, blunt mastery's added damage was not nerfed. Maybe the coders forgot about blunt mastery when they were making the change so is it a bug? Or maybe it was inteneded for ynk to have a super class so that they can get more money?

So what we have now is...

A dekan with 100 melee. He will hit around 30 dmg due to pvp reduction.

A templar with 100 melee (0 from strength + 100 from blunt mastery). Instead of hitting 30 dmg, he is hitting the full 100 dmg or approximately 3 times more than the dekan.

The rohan community now has dubbed the dekan's melee as "inflated melee" and the templar's melee from blunt as "pure melee." The difference in damage is said to be 3 times more which coincidently matches with the factor of 3 decrease in damage due to the pvp reduction.

In jrohan and krohan, without pvp reduction, the templars will hit accordingly compared with other classes. What I mean is that a full strength dekan with 20k melee will hit the same as a templar going full int with 20k converted melee from blunt mastery.!
